> UConnect is ISP billing and RADIUS management software for MikroTik PPPoE and Hotspot internet service providers. One web panel handles subscribers, dealers/resellers, renewals, payments, live traffic, fiber (OLT/ONU) and WhatsApp/SMS alerts. It works in any country, with your own currency and time zone. ## Who it is for

- Small and medium ISPs and WISPs running MikroTik routers (PPPoE and/or Hotspot), from about 100 to 10,000+ subscribers.
- ISPs that sell through distributors, franchises, dealers and operators and need each reseller to see only their own customers.
- FTTH operators with Huawei, ZTE, VSOL or BDCOM OLTs.

## Main features

- PPPoE and Hotspot user management on FreeRADIUS: create, renew, suspend, static IP, MAC lock, speed profiles, calendar-accurate monthly expiry.
- Reseller hierarchy: distributor, franchise, dealer and operator panels with wallets, commissions and per-dealer package prices.
- Routers (NAS) and packages assigned per dealer: a dealer only creates users on their own routers and only sees their own users.
- Live traffic per subscriber on any router, with total download, total upload and online uptime of the current session.
- Session history with uptime and downtime; Bad Logins page with the reason for every rejected login.
- One-click disconnect with RADIUS Disconnect (CoA), and Sync Check to confirm the panel matches RADIUS.
- Subscriber self-service portal: package, expiry, live speed, data used, sessions, invoices and payments.
- MikroTik toolbox: burst, PCC load-balancing and failover script generator, firewall presets and MAC blocking, browser SSH terminal.
- Billing: invoices, renewals, pending payments, wallet top-ups, JazzCash and EasyPaisa online payments.
- Import from Excel, CSV, an existing RADIUS database or directly from a MikroTik router; dealer-wise bulk renew, change package, disable and delete.
- OLT/ONU monitoring over SNMP: ONU status, LOS and optical power linked to subscribers.
- WhatsApp and SMS: welcome, expiry reminder, expired and payment-due messages with branded image cards.
- Complaints/tickets, inventory, IP pools, static IPs, lease lines, staff, expenses, reports and Excel export.
- Security: role-based access, activity log for every action, HTTPS, nightly database backups.
- Hosting: UConnect Cloud Hosting (a private, fully managed cloud server for each ISP) or the ISP's own server.

Software and hosting are priced separately. Total monthly price = software + Cloud Hosting (hosting is free on your own server).

Software:
- Starter: $25/month, up to 500 subscribers.
- Growth: $45/month, up to 1,500 subscribers (most popular).
- Business: $100/month, up to 4,000 subscribers.
- Enterprise: $200/month, up to 10,000 subscribers. Larger networks: custom quote.
- Yearly billing: pay 10 months of software, get 12.

UConnect Cloud Hosting (each ISP gets its own private server, never shared; own subdomain with HTTPS; FreeRADIUS installed and tuned; nightly backups; 24/7 monitoring; updates and server management included):
- Cloud S: $15/month, up to 500 subscribers (4 CPU cores, 8 GB RAM, 75 GB NVMe).
- Cloud M: $25/month, up to 1,500 subscribers (6 CPU cores, 12 GB RAM, 100 GB NVMe).
- Cloud L: $40/month, up to 4,000 subscribers (8 CPU cores, 24 GB RAM, 200 GB NVMe).
- Cloud XL: $70/month, up to 10,000 subscribers (12 CPU cores, 48 GB RAM, 250 GB NVMe).

Example: Growth on UConnect Cloud = $45 + $25 = $70/month.

Other:
- Setup and migration: $49 one-time, free with yearly plans.
- On-premise licence: $1,500 one-time (up to 5,000 subscribers, 1 year of updates and support included), then $250/year for updates and support.
